No. Supplies and materials that exceed incidental supplies can be billed separately. Maine's Code 99070 can only be billed when there is no specific supply code available.

Who pays?
The employer or insurer must pay for all DMEs, prosthetics, orthotics, and supplies that are ordered and approved by the treating health care provider.
