WorkersCompensation.com Projects Visitor Increase Of 1.2 Million In 2010

Sarasota, FL (CompNewsNetwork) – WorkersCompensation.com has announced that the number of unique visitors accessing their website and related services increased almost 800,000 through August of this year. The company is projecting that it will end the year with 6.4 million unique visitors, an increase of more than 1.2 million over 2009. It expects to serve nearly 100 million web pages for the year.
WorkersCompensation.com reports that it has achieved positive growth in 10 of its 11 years online, with 2009 being the sole exception. The company experienced a small drop that year of 5.5%, which it largely attributes to the overall drop in national employment and workplace activity. However, the increase so far this year, at 27.5%, far exceeds the minimal decline of 2009.
President and CEO of WorkersCompensation.com, Robert Wilson, indicated that the company's news and subscription services contributed a great deal to the current increase trend, saying “Although we have seen across the board increases in daily volume, we continue to see advanced growth in both our CompNewsNetwork Division and our subscription service WorkCompResearch.com. We are equally optimistic of continued growth in the market with our partnership and recent launch of the LinkedIn WorkCompAnalysisGroup.com Resource Center and the pending launch of our Virtual Claims Kit System”.
WorkersCompensation.com is a national information service. Based in Sarasota, FL, the company is privately held, and has been in operation since 1999.
