Meet Your Regulator – With Vickie Kennedy of Washington L&I

Vickie Kennedy, Assistant Director of Insurance Services at Washington's Department of Labor and Industries, oversees all the workers' comp insurance operations as well as the self-insured programs within the state. She takes a few minutes with our host, Bob Wilson, to talk about her 50 years with the agency, as well as the vocational recovery and the future of the workers' compensation industry.
