Sat 6/6: A half-day on CA case law with Judge Rassp, David Pollak (WCAB), and Frank Christine III

On June 6, three of the most respected voices in California workers’ compensation will sit down together for a live, interactive case law review: Presiding Judge Robert G. Rassp, WCAB Los Angeles, David Pollak, former judge and current attorney with the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, and Frank Christine III, CA State Bar-certified workers’ compensation specialist.

Between them, they bring decades of judicial perspective, applicant and defense litigation experience, and the kind of insider judgment you simply can’t find in a free case summary, a CLE recording, or an AI-generated brief. They’ll be examining the WCAB and appellate decisions that are actively reshaping California practice right now: permanent disability rebuttal, jurisdictional waiver, medical-legal procedure, cumulative trauma, and more, from three distinct vantage points.

This is a live, interactive session with real Q&A and real discussion (moderated Q&A). Your registration also includes ongoing access to the recorded content afterward, so the value continues well beyond June 6.

A note on the time commitment: We know a half-day is a real strain on your calendar. If you can't attend the full five hours live on June 6, register anyway—you'll receive partial credit with access to the recording afterward so you can revisit the content on your own schedule.

Up to 5 hours of continuing education credit is available for CA MCLE and CA Claims. Partial MCLE/CE credit is available for time attended live on June 6. Full credit requires full live attendance. The recording is for content reference; CE credit for on-demand viewing is currently not available.

Registration is $279 and closes June 6.

5 CA CE Claims/CA MCLE credits included.
