Where’s The Beef? – Tony Macauley Discusses Los Angeles NWCDN Seminar

Sarasota, FL (CompNewsNetwork) - Los Angeles Attorney Tony Macauley joins us for a detailed review of the upcoming national seminar being produced by the National Workers' Compensation Defense Network. This seminar, which is offered free of charge to employers and insurance professionals, includes a session entitled "Where Have All the Claims Gone?", featuring noted columnist Peter Rousmaniere among its panelists. Other scheduled sessions are, "The Not So Exclusive Remedy Rule; Attacks on the ERR by RICO and ADA", "Where is the Beef? Obesity and Workers' Compensation", "Perils of Narcotics ‐ Pain Management or Abuse?", “Do You Swear to Tell the Truth?”, and "When the Whip Comes Down!"

In addition to the sessions, breakout information for 35 to 40 states will be available from the more than 40 Defense Law Firm's that comprise the NWCDN. Breakfast, lunch and an afternoon cocktail reception are also included.
