How Can Social Networking Impact Claims Management?
This topic is designed to go beyond the traditional "gotcha" fraud stories involving claimants Facebook pages that we have all heard about. We want to know -

1) Does your company currently use social networking as part of its active operational plan, and if so, what is the goal? How successful has it been?

2) What do you believe social networking holds for the future of claims management? What "creative uses" can you foresee?
