DWC’s Updated Copy Service Schedule Regulations Approved by OAL

San Francisco,CA ( WorkersCompensation.com) - The Office of Administrative Law (OAL) has approved the Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) update of the Copy Service Schedule. The effective date of the updated regulations is July 15, 2022.
The original Copy Service Schedule became effective almost seven years ago on July 1, 2015. This is the first update to the schedule. Updates include:

  • An increase to the flat rate for copy services from $180 to $230.
  • A surcharge for late payment was added to the schedule to incentivize prompt payment.
  • Modification of the rate for an additional set of records. Instead of tiered rates for an additional set ordered after 30 days, an additional set has a flat rate of $10.
