The company has developed a complementary module for its extremely successful Virtual Claims Kit, called the VCK Compliance Module. The traditional Virtual Claims Kit provides digital distribution of required posters, forms and brochures through a workers’ compensation insurers website, eliminating the need for physical mailing of most documents.

Designed to work in conjunction with the traditional Virtual Claims Kit, the VCK Compliance Module will allow insurers to proactively send pre-completed posters and brochures through the WorkersCompensation.com service directly to their insureds. Additionally, a copy of that distribution will be provided to the carrier for verification in compliance audits. The traditional VCK will continue to passively serve their customers throughout the year with any additional documents needed. An Application Programming Interface (API) has also been made available for customers who want complete control over how their VCK service is integrated into their website. The API adds several unique options, including forms descriptions and filing instructions for all of the forms in the system.
