TX DWC Rulebook Supplement 2010 Now Online

                               Austin, TX (CompNewsNetwork) - The Texas Workers' Compensation Rulebook Supplement 2010-02 containing rules adopted by the Commissioner of Workers' Compensation in August 2010 is available online from the Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers' Compensation (TDI-DWC). The supplement can be printed from the TDI website at http://www.tdi.state.tx.us/wc/rules/supplements.html.
 
To purchase a hard copy of the rulebook supplement or a complete set of the Texas Workers' Compensation Act and TDI-DWC Rules, contact the TDI-DWC Publications Section at 512-804-4240.
 
Supplement 2010-02 contains the amended Benefit Review Conference rules, which were adopted on August 6, 2010 and are effective October 1, 2010.
