Texas Workers' Compensation Educational Session Offered In Denton

Austin, TX (CompNewsNetwork) - The Denton Field Office of the Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers' Compensation (TDI-DWC) is hosting a brown bag educational session for health care providers, employers, human resource managers, claim adjusters, case managers and employee organizations on Friday, November 7, 2008. The topic is Required Medical Examinations: the Issues and the Answers. This free session will be held from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the Denton Field Office, 625 Dallas Drive, Suite 475. Following a presentation the session is an open forum in which participants can ask questions.

Due to limited space, registration is required. To register, participants must e-mail their name and telephone number to June Mitchell, Denton Field Office Manager at June.Mitchell@tdi.state.tx.us.
