SUNZ Insurance Solutions Hires Blake Souers as Chief Underwriting Officer

Bradenton, FL (WorkersCompensation.com) – SUNZ Insurance Solutions, LLC announced today the appointment of Blake Souers to the position of Chief Underwriting Officer. Souers’ responsibilities will be to develop and oversee underwriting guidelines and expand the knowledge base of the Company’s Underwriting Department staff. Souers will report to the President of SUNZ Insurance Solutions, Steven F. Herrig.

“Blake’s unique understanding of the PEO and staffing company workers’ compensation space and energetic leadership style is an unparalleled match for our corporate culture and client deliverables,” Herrig said. “This, coupled with his comprehensive mastery of underwriting rules and guidelines, will be a tremendous resource to our policyholders.”

Souers is a graduate of Azusa Pacific University, earning his B.S. in Business Marketing with a concentration on computer science and programming. He holds an Associate in Underwriting (AU) designation, and is in the final stages of earning his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
