StrataCare Acquires CS STARS Medical Bill Review Division

Irvine, CA (CompNewsNetwork) - StrataCare, LLC, a market and technology leader in workers' compensation medical bill review Software as a Service (SaaS) and services, announces the acquisition of the MedBillPro™ division of CS Stars LLC, a business unit of Marsh, Inc.  The addition of the MedBillPro business gives StrataCare more scale, momentum and the increased ability to invest in development and support.

Over the past twelve years, StrataCare has continually enhanced its SaaS and service medical bill review offering, assuring its customers continuing success.  The MedBillPro unit will add significant jurisdictional expertise, client teams with domain experience, and significantly more developers with long backgrounds in workers' compensation medical bill review applications.
