15 Dec, 2010 WorkersCompensation.com
Portland, OR (CompNewsNetwork) - This bulletin provides optional-use Spanish translations of selected required text from chapter 436 of the Oregon Administrative Rules. This bulletin replaces Bulletin 315 issued Feb. 23, 2010.
Insurers and self-insured employers are encouraged to include these translations in notices whenever workers may benefit. Provide the worker both the Spanish-language and English-language notices. The division has used consistent Spanish equivalents for workers' compensation terms.
