South Dakota Mandates Request Of Time Extension Forms To Be Submitted By Web

Pierre, SD (WorkersCompensation.com) - Effective March 1, 2012, it will be mandatory that the Request for Extension of Time (Form 106) be submitted via the South Dakota Department of Labor and Regulation (DLR) web application. After March 1, 2012, the Request for Extension of Time (Form 106) will no longer be accepted via fax, mail or e-mail.
The Request for Extension will not be accepted before the 15th day of the 20-day period.
For individuals responsible for submitting the Request for Extension of Time (Form 106) and who require “log-in” permission/access to the DLR web application, please contact Kim Paxton at kim.paxton@state.sd.us or by telephone at 605.773.4493.
