Proposed Legislation May Convert SCF Arizona To Mutual Insurance Company

Phoenix, AZ - Arizona lawmakers are moving to privatize SCF Arizona. The House Committee on Commerce on Wednesday, April 7, unanimously endorsed newly proposed legislation to require SCF Arizona to become a mutual insurance company owned by its policyholders. The bill now moves to the floor of the House. SCF supports the proposed legislation and believes this will be a positive step for SCF and its customers, however nothing is final and this remains an ongoing process. SCF will keep you informed as the process unfolds.
