Pinnacol Assurance Named One Of The 50 Best Employers To Work For

New Orleans, LA (CompNewsNetwork) - Pinnacol Assurance has been recognized as one of the top 50 best companies to work for in America by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Great Place to Work Institute, Inc. (GPTW). Winners were announced this morning at SHRM's 61st Annual Conference in New Orleans, the largest gathering of HR professionals in the world. SHRM and GPTW have named the nation's top 25 small and top 25 medium-sized employers for the last six years. Pinnacol was among the top 25 medium-sized employers and was one of four Colorado companies honored by this prestigious award. This is the second time in three years that Pinnacol has been named to this list.

Our employees have a direct impact on our success through their commitment to providing preeminent customer service to our policyholders and injured workers.” Hundreds of companies across the United States submitted entries as part of the detailed and competitive analysis conducted by GPTW. The rankings are primarily based on employee opinion surveys that analyze an organization's workplace culture. Employee-survey responses count for two-thirds of an organization's score. The evaluation process also includes an assessment of an organization's practices and perspectives from the leadership team, which combine to account for one-third of the company's score.
