Oregon Publishes Quarterly Compensable Fatality Report

Portland, OR (CompNewsNetwork) - The Quarterly Fatality Report for the first quarter of 2011 (01/01/2011-03/3/2011) is now available.  DCBS has received notification of four fatalities accepted for workers' compensation benefits for this time period, compared to seven last year for this time period.

The Quarterly Fatality Report presents compensable fatalities grouped by industry.  Last year's counts are included for comparison.  Please note that the current year's data are preliminary until the final count is released in the spring of next year.
