Oregon DCBS Releases 2010 Occupational Injury And Illness Survey Tables And Appendices

                               Portland, OR (WorkersCompensation.com) - The Oregon Department of Consumber and Business Services recently released its 2010 Occupational Injury and Illness Survey Tables, which summarize the results of the annual Occupational Injury and Illness survey conducted by DCBS in cooperation with the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Oregon workers employed in the private sector during calendar year 2010 suffered work-related injuries and illnesses at a rate of 3.9 for every 100 full-time employees, the lowest ever recorded for the state of Oregon. The 2010 days away from work, job transfer, or restrictions (DART) rate was 2.2.
