Oregon Compensable Fatality Characteristics

Portland, OR (CompNewsNetwork) - The Department of Consumer and Business Services' Workers' Compensation Division received notification of 17 compensable fatalities in 2010. The 2010 compensable fatality characteristics brochure is now available with information on the event of injury, source of injury, occupation, industry, tenure and other claimant characteristics.
