Order Regarding Compliance With Oklahoma Supreme Court Rule

Oklahoma City, OK (WorkersCompensation.com) - The Presiding Judge of the Workers' Compensation Court issued an order on June 29, 2012 addressing compliance with Oklahoma Supreme Court Rule 1.106 regarding an agreed settlement while a petition for review of a Workers' Compensation Court order is pending in the appellate court. The order establishes various procedures effective September 1, 2012.
