OR Reports Changes In PPD Benefit Structure

Portland, OR (CompNewsNetwork) - A new law provision, passed in 2007, requires a biennial review of Permanent Partial Disability benefits by the Management-Labor Advisory Committee (MLAC). This report was prepared for MLAC in early 2009, and focuses on system-wide trends in PPD awards through the end of 2008, with a special emphasis on the benefit changes that took effect in 2005.
