OR DCBS Updates Characteristics Of WC System From 1968-2009

Salem, OR (CompNewsNetwork) - The Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services updated a one page table providing various characteristics of the workers' compensation system from 1968 to 2009, including: registered employers, subject employees, total accepted claims, accepted disabling claims, non-disabling claims, denied claims, claim closures, fatalities, PTDs, administrative disputes, hearing orders, board review orders, CDAs, court of Appeals decisions, vocational assistance cases, premiums, average weekly wage, and consumer price index.
