Oklahoma WC Court Adopts Proposed Changes

                               Oklahoma City, OK (WorkersCompensation.com) - The Workers' Compensation Court adopted proposed changes to its rules on January 27, 2012, following notice and two public hearings held in December 2011. The proposed rules were submitted to the Oklahoma Supreme Court for approval or disapproval as provided by law. The rules are pending before the Supreme Court. If approved, the rules will become effective as directed by the Supreme Court.
