Oklahoma Treatment Guidelines On Schedule II Drugs Adopted

                               Oklahoma City, OK (WorkersCompensation.com) - Oklahoma Treatment Guidelines (OTG) for Use of Schedule II Drugs as contained in the Uniform Controlled Dangerous Substances Act have been adopted by the Physician Advisory Committee pursuant to 85 O.S., §373(B)(6) and approved by the Workers' Compensation Court Administrator, effective/operative on April 2, 2012. Unless otherwise determined by a court of law, Physician Advisory Committee treatment guidelines regarding chronic pain and for prescription of opioid medications for acute and chronic pain that were adopted before August 26, 2011 remain in effect until the OTG become effective on April 2, 2012
