OK WCC Modifies Fee And Forms

Tulsa, OK (CompNewsNetwork) - The Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Court modified SB 1973 (2010); specifically, fees payable to the Workers' Compensation Court. The fees become effective November 1, 2010.

The Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Court have amended Court forms to reflect the new final award fee. The revised forms are to be used on and after November 1, 2010.
