OK Gov. Signs WC Bills On Claims Process And Adjusters' Licensing Requirements

Oklahoma City, OK (CompNewsNetwork) - Governor Brad Henry on Tuesday signed the following workers' compensation bills:

HB1611 - Workers' compensation; relating to insurer requirements; establishing licensing requirement for certain adjusters; relating to continuing education requirements for claims adjusters; requiring certain continuing education.

SB1973 - Workers' compensation claim process; modifying procedures
