ODG by MCG Announces John Nelson as Director of Sales

Austin, TX (WorkersCompensation.com) - ODG, an MCG Health company, announces John Nelson, a founding member of Peers Health and the previous Director of Sales at Reed Group, has joined ODG as Director of Sales. Nelson brings over 20 years of experience in the insurance and healthcare industries with strong expertise focused on the intersection between healthcare delivery and technology within the areas of workers’ compensation, disability, and absence management.

Throughout Nelson’s notable career, he has built enduring business relationships and helped many large organizations operationalize evidence-based guidelines to improve patient health and help individuals return to work. Nelson is also a founding member of Peers Health, a Chicago and Denver-based electronic medical publisher applying advanced technologies to functional outcomes data. Nelson brings a unique strategic insight to ODG as it gains new traction in productizing an analytics and benchmarking portal.
