NYSIF Updates Medical Providers Of Medical Variances

                               Albany, NY (CompNewsNetwork) - Early stages of implementation of the new, Workers' Compensation Board Medical Treatment Guidelines have seen some misunderstanding of the guidelines by members of the medical provider community who continue to file variance requests (Form MG-2) for prior approval of treatments, tests and/or procedures that are “covered” under the new guidelines.
