North Carolina Industrial Commission Publishes Proposed Rule Changes

Raleigh, NC (WorkersCompensation.com) - In compliance with the Administrative Procedure Act, the North Carolina Industrial Commission has published proposed changes to its rules. The Notice of Rulemaking, the text of the proposed rules, and the fiscal impact analysis can be found here.. A public hearing on the rules changes will be held at a date to be determined.
