North Carolina IC Announces EDI Trading Partner Training Dates

Raleigh, NC (WorkersCompensation.com) - The North Carolina Industrial Commission (NCIC) will begin implementing electronic reporting of workers' compensation First Reports of Injury (FROI) and Subsequent Reports of Injury (SROI) on January 2, 2013 and will be required for all reporting starting January 2, 2014. A FROI/SROI Trading Partners training session is scheduled for September 11, 2012 in Raleigh, NC. The exact location for this training will be announced in July.

Similarly NCIC will begin implementing Medical Billing for Electronic Worker Compensation reporting on March 1, 2013 and it will be required for all reporting starting March 1, 2014. A Medical Billing Trading Partners training session will be held on for November 6, 2012 in Raleigh, NC. The exact location for this training will be announced in early August.
