Nominations for Workers' Comp Best Blogs 2017 Opens Wednesday

Sarasota, FL (WorkersCompensation.com) – The 2nd Annual Workers’ Compensation Best Blogs recognition program will open for nominations Wednesday, March 1, 2017. In 2016, 22 blogs made the exclusive list.

The workers' compensation industry is served by many individual bloggers producing a tremendous amount of information for the community. The number of articles available for the average workers' comp professional is quite astounding, and it can be difficult to know which blogs are bringing the best content and information to the forefront for the industry.

To identify the “best of the best”, WorkersCompensation.com will again be hosting an annual recognition program called “Best Blogs”. Starting March 1st, the public will be able to nominate their favorite blogs for consideration in this program. Best Blogs will be determined by a panel of independent judges, as well as a collection of mathematically supported criteria which includes posting frequency, age of the blog and more. This program is designed to highlight and celebrate the very best our industry has to offer.

Eligible blogs must primarily serve the workers' compensation market and related interests, and may be nominated under one of the following categories:

        • Legal
        • Regional/State Specific
        • Legislative/Judicial
        • Entertainment
        • MSA/Settlements
        • Medical Management
        • Carrier
        • TPA
        • Safety/Prevention
        • National Issues
        • Injured Worker

Those blogs designated as “Best Blogs” for the workers' compensation industry will be listed on the WorkersCompensation.com website, as well as have the opportunity to display a token indicating the designation for their visitors.

Nominations for the Best Blogs program will run through March, and winners will be announced in late April.
