NM Director Of WCA Request Comments On Judge Reappointment

                               Albuquerque, NM (CompNewsNetwork) - The Director of the Workers' Compensation Administration (WCA), Ned S. Fuller, is considering the reappointment of Workers' Compensation Judge Lori A. Martinez to a five-year term pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 52-5-2 (2004). Judge Martinez's term expires on May 17, 2011. Anyone wishing to submit written comments concerning Judge Martinez's performance may do so until 5:00 p.m. on February 15, 2011. Comments may be addressed to WCA Director Ned S. Fuller, c/o Human Resources, Post Office Box 27198, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87125-7198 or faxed to (505) 841-6813.
