NJ Law Targets Contractors That Undercount Employees

Trenton, NJ (CompNewsNetwork) - Governor Jon S. Corzine today signed a bill targeting contractors that undercount employees in order to avoid paying workers' compensation premiums. Stop-work orders affects all locations and job sites for the contractor.
