New York WCB Chair Announces June 2012 Medical Fee Schedules

Albany, NY (WorkersCompensation.com) - The NY WCB Chair intends to adopt new fee schedules for physicians, chiropractors, podiatrists, psychologists, and other medical professionals who treat injured workers. The new fee schedules will become effective June 1, 2012, and incorporate the latest (2011 and 2012) procedure (CPT) codes from the American Medical Association (AMA). The 2012 fee schedules also incorporate relatively modest technical changes to some ground rules.
