New VT WC Attorney Fee Rule Effective June 15, 2010

                               Montpelier, VT (CompNewsNetwork) - J. Stephen Monahan, the Director of Workers' Compensation and Safety, announced that the new Workers' Compensation Attorney Fee  is effective June 15, 2010. The Workers' Compensation Rule 10 increases the reasonable fee award (the cap on contingency awards was removed). The new rule also makes changes to the provisions governing attorney liens.
