New Mexico Workers' Compensation Administration Announces Public Hearing On Fee Schedule Changes

Albuquerque, NM - The New Mexico Workers' Compensation Administration (WCA) will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, October 9, 2008, commencing at 1:30 p.m. on the changes to the Statutory Physicians' Fee Schedule and amendments to Part 7 of the WCA Rules entitled Payment for Health Care Services.  The hearing will be conducted at the Workers' Compensation Administration, 2410 Centre Avenue S.E., Albuquerque, New Mexico.  Changes to the Fee Schedule will be available on Monday, September 8, 2008, at the WCA and online at http://www.workerscomp.state.nm.us/.  

Comments made in writing and at the public hearing will be taken into consideration.  Written comments pertaining to these issues will be accepted until the close of business on Friday, October 10, 2008.  Comments should be addressed to the WCA Director, Glenn R.
