New Jersey Judge Advises Sending Considerations Before Workers' Comp Regulation's Sunset

Trenton, NJ (CompNewsNetwork) - Pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act, the workers' compensation regulations, N.J.A.C. 12:235-1.1 et seq., will sunset in July 2011 unless readopted or extended. This process allows for any changes such as additions, deletions or modifications of current rules as part of this process.
 
Please advise Judge Peter J. Calderone on or before March 31, 2011 of any changes to the current regulations that you would like to be considered during this review period. The last sunset review resulted in only minor changes to the regulations.
