Nevada DIR Announces Hearings On Proposed Amendments

Carson City, NV (WorkersCompensation.com) - The Nevada Division of Industrial Relations, Department of Business and Industry, State of Nevada (Division), will conduct a public hearing to receive comments from all interested persons on the proposed regulation amendments (NAC 616C.490) to comply with the holding in PACT v. Blake, 127 Nevada Advance Opinion No.77 (November 23, 2011).

 

 

The public hearing on proposed regulations will be conducted, via videoconference, at 9:00 a.m., August 10, 2012 at the following locations:
