MedRisk's Darrell Demoss Presents At AAPPO 2012

King Of Prussia, PA (WorkersCompensation.com) - MedRisk's General Counsel Darrell DeMoss recently addressed the American Association of Preferred Provider Organizations (AAPPO) as part of a panel discussion on workers' compensation regulatory matters. Panelists for the session, “Regulatory Climate: Navigating Rough Waters,” delved into issues such as provider choice, network certification, medical treatment guidelines, and UR standards and the macro events shaping them.  Aside from DeMoss, the panel also featured moderator Robin Larmer Lutka, Principal Consultant, RLL Consulting & Advocacy in Seattle; Amy Lee, Special Deputy Commissioner for Policy and Research, Texas Department of Insurance Division of Workers' Compensation in Austin; and Robert Holden, Vice President, Stateside Associates in Arlington, Va.
