Boston, MA (WorkersCompensation.com) - On March 1, 2012 the WCRIB made a rate filing on behalf of its members requesting a 19.3% increase in average rates for industrial classes and a 20.0% increase for F-Classes. The proposed effective date of this filing is September 1, 2012. An update will be posted when the Commissioner of Insurance issues a hearing notice.
