Louisiana Office Of Workers’ Comp To Hold Meeting On Medical Treatment Guidelines' Permanent Implementation

Baton Rouge, LA (CompNewsNetwork) - Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Louisiana Workforce Commission's Office of Workers' Compensation on MONDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 2011, 9 A.M., at 1001 North 23rd Street, 4th Floor Meeting Room, Baton Rouge, LA 70804. The public hearing will be held to obtain views on the permanent implementation of medical treatment guidelines for workers' compensation.
 
The public and interested parties are invited to attend. For those persons who are unable to attend the public hearing, written statements and comments may be submitted beginning February 28, 2011, and will be accepted until March 9, 2011. Written comments may be mailed to the Office of Workers' Compensation Administration, Attn: Larry White, Post Office Box 94094, Baton Rouge, LA 70804-9094 or faxed to 225-342-5665.
 
Non-English speaking persons and persons with other disabilities requiring special accommodations should contact the Office of Workers' Compensation at 225-342-7555 or at the mailing address or fax number in the preceding paragraph at least five working days prior to the hearing.
