LA Gov. Signs Bills Into Law

This bill relates to release on bail under certain conditions during emergency sessions of court.

This bill relates to the Prescription Monitoring Program Advisory Council.

HB 153 – Rep. LaFonta
This bill extends the La. Commission on HIV, AIDS and Hepatitis C. until September 2014.

This relates to the Prescription Monitoring Program.

HB 312 – Rep. Smiley
This bill allows a minor at least 16 years of age to donate blood with parental consent.
