Kentucky DWC Releases EDI Notice

Frankfort, KY (CompNewsNetwork) - The Kentucky Department of Workers' Claims needs to have your Trading Partner Profile Packet (Partner Profile, Partnering Agreement and Transmission Profile) sent in to them no later than noon Friday March 25, 2011 if you are moving to a new Vendor or transmission format.  It has always been a policy with the Department that anytime you change a vendor, a trading partner profile packet must be submitted.

EDI Release 3.0 Filing Notice:  DWC picks up all files for the day by 6am Eastern Time.  Any files sent after the pickup will not be received until the following day.  That being said, any file not picked up by DWC by 6am Eastern Time March 25th, will be picked up March 28th and should be in R3 format.
 
The modification to 803 KAR 25:010, commonly referred to as the practice regulations, has been withdrawn.  There being no pending regulatory changes, the need for a public hearing no longer exists and therefore, the public hearing scheduled for February 24, 2011 has been cancelled.
