Industrial Commission of Arizona Seeks Comment On Fee Schedule

Phoenix, AZ (CompNewsNetwork) - As a follow-up to Commission Action Item No. 3, as described on page 14 in the 2010 Summary of Commission Action regarding the 2010 Fee Schedule, the Industrial Commission of Arizona seeks public comment on a proposal to add language to the 2010 Arizona Physicians' & Pharmaceutical Fee Schedule that requires a payers' Explanation of Review to include certain information, and addresses disputes related to fee discount agreements. The Commission is interested in hearing from you regarding this proposal and will accept comments until 5:00 p.m. on April 7, 2011. Comments may be e-mailed to thilton@ica.state.az.us or mailed to Teresa Hilton, Executive Secretary, Office of the Director, Industrial Commission of Arizona, P.O. Box 19070, Phoenix, AZ 85005-9070.
