Illinois Workers' Comp Commission Ask For No Gifts To Be Received

                               Oakland, IL (CompNewsNetwork) - As the holiday season is upon us, please remember that IWCC rules prohibit IWCC employees from accepting anything of value from 1) any petitioner or respondent with a workers' compensation case; or 2) any attorney representing a petitioner or respondent with a workers' compensation case in front of the IWCC. This includes minor expenses such as a free lunch, a holiday gift, or even a discount.
