Huber Named NJCRIB Executive Director

                               
Trenton, NJ (CompNewsNetwork) - The Governing Committee of the Rating Bureau has appointed Mr. Frederick A. Huber as Executive Director of the Bureau and Mr. Paul G. Witko as Associate Executive Director, effective September 1, 2011.
 
Mr. Huber has been associated with the Rating Bureau for over thirty years. For the past nine years, he has served as the Associate Executive Director where he has been involved in the management of all Bureau affairs. Prior to his present position, Mr. Huber directed the Actuarial Division, which includes responsibility for data collection and preparation of the annual filing for changes in New Jersey workers compensation rates and rating values. He has been a member of the Executive Staff of the Rating Bureau since 1994. Mr. Huber has represented the Rating Bureau on numerous occasions before industry and business groups, and has served on various committees dealing with workers compensation issues. His abilities, dedication and integrity have been a significant factor in building and preserving
the reputation enjoyed by the Bureau. Mr. Huber graduated from York College of the City University of New York with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics.
 
Mr. Witko is an attorney licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York since 1989. Mr. Witko holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and computer information systems from Manhattan College; an M.B.A. in business management from Fairleigh Dickinson University; and is a graduate of Pace Law School. After working in private practice for eight years as an insurance defense litigator, he joined the New Jersey Attorney General's Office in 1998 as a Deputy Attorney General, focusing on insurance regulatory work. In addition to representing the Department of Banking and Insurance, Mr. Witko served as legal counsel to the Rating Bureau for over six years. Mr. Witko joined the Bureau in March 2009 as Special Assistant to the Executive Director and became a Director in April 2010. He has been involved in a number of special projects for the Bureau and otherwise assists the Executive Director on policymaking, personnel and administrative matters.
