Elite Contractors Trust Taken Over By The WCB

                               Buffalo, NY - The deficit position of the Elite Contractors Trust of New York, currently administered by FCS Administrators Inc., has worsened to the point that the Workers' Compensation Board decided to assume its administration.

 

Effective April 1, 2010, the WCB's designated third-party administrator, NCA Comp, Inc. of Buffalo, will assume control of the final distribution of the trust's assets and liabilities.

 

The WCB will hold an informational general membership meeting at its Albany District Office March 2, 2010, from 1:30-3:30 p.m. Conferencing from the Manhattan, Syracuse and Hempstead district offices is available.
