DE WC HCPS Updates Fee Schedule

Wilmington, DE (CompNewsNetwork) - Effective January 31, 2011, the Delaware Department of Labor (DOL) updated the DE Health Care Payment System fees for professional services (+1.6%), pursuant to 19 Del.C. §2322B(14), as well as hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers (+3.4%), pursuant to 19 Del.C. §§2322B(8)(b) and 2322B(9)(b).
