CO Gov. Signs Two WC Bills

Denver, CO (CompNewsNetwork) - Governor Bill Ritter signed HB 1009 on May 26, 2010. The bill requires the Pinnacol Assurance Board of Directors to post the date, time and location of board meetings at least seven days in advance.

The Governor also signed HB 1038 on May 26, 2010. The bill concerns a brochure to describe the process for workers' compensation claims.
