CA DWC Launches E-Billboard For LA Office

                               Oakland, CA (CompNewsNetwork) - The Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC) has launched a new e-billboard for the Los Angeles district office on its Web site to get court announcements and information to practitioners as quickly as possible. Users can now learn everything from the basics, such as court hours and where to park, to the most recent updates on lien consolidation pleadings.

"We want the electronic billboard to be inviting, interesting and extremely easy to use," said Los Angeles Presiding Judge Jorja Frank. "It's yet another tool created to encourage and help practitioners interface electronically with the court quickly and efficiently."

While the e-billboard provides links to general information, its purpose is to make information specifically related to the Los Angeles district office easy to find. Users can now electronically access directions, hours and rules, building security requirements, nearby eateries, fascinating court statistics and more. The site also provides a link to the DWC's new public information case search tool.

The new L.A. e-billboard can be found on the DWC Web site by clicking on "Find a DWC office" under the "I want to..." section in the left navigation panel, then selecting the Los Angeles location.
